Kinder-wha? Kinderdijk. As you might have guessed by the contents of the background, the stage is located in The Netherlands. What you might not have known, however, is the reason why the country is associated with windmills: The city of Kinderdijk. One look at the city's website, and you'll see how accurate the background in the game is compared to some of the photographs of the same things found in the reality. It makes it a tourist attraction for people across the world, including some fighters who decided to take in the scenery while engaging in some fistacuffs.
Some of the grass up close flutters a bit, but the only thing that's really going on with the stage is the quick-moving wind that spins the windmills' blades and pushes the clouds across the sky. The speed of the air sometimes moves faster or slower, which can be seen more easily if you take the time to look up.
